Primo’s Parrilla Menu

Available from the grill, we offer free range chicken and grass fed tri-tip topped off with our distinct take on the traditional Argentine accompaniment of freshly-made chimichurri marinade. Using only almond wood and (natural) mesquite lump charcoal, you will taste the difference through the "art of slow grilling" and our use of S.L.O (sustainable, local, organic) ingredients.
